Q: When I import tracks from Speakapedia, they do not appear in iTunes! What happened?

Check in iTunes preferences under the “Advanced” tab and ensure that the option to “Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library” is enabled. We are working on allowing Speakapedia to work with this option disabled in a future version.

Q: How many people can use one license code? How many machines can I install one license on?

You may either install Speakapedia on several machines used by one person, OR one machine used by several people. Only if you want to install Speakapedia on several machines used by several different people should you buy 2 or more licenses?

Q: Is there a discount for multiple licenses?
